I brought my car here for an insurance claim. Let’s just say they had my car for 4 months!! Then they were worried about getting me a brand new door instead of my radiator. They said they would let me pay $250 for the radiator but when they got done said I owed them $780. Which the part was $115 but the guy told me it was $240. They said my car would be done at 2pm so I came there. They said they were waiting on the adjuster to come out and they had not detailed the car yet. This business & it’s manager is simply unprofessional. If I could give 0 starts I would. They had my car over a week and didn’t replace the windshield. Then after calling several times I had to go retrieve my car & the windshield is still not replaced. Meanwhile kept giving me the runaround. I will never do business here again
Shop had my vehicle for 4 months. Was paid over $7k for repairs that they either did NOT complete or did so very poorly. Recently found out, while they had my vehicle, they sold the shop because they were sued by another customer. They guaranteed repairs but since they sold, the new owner does not honor that guarantee. My insurance will not pay for the correction of those repairs so I am STUCK with no recourse!!! Emil Devitian is a FRAUD!!! Amazing service! They treated me like family and was able to fix my vehicle in less time than the insurance estimate. They even helped provide me with a rental car during the process. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was so happy with how the car looked. And then to my surprise they detailed the entire interior as a courtesy. Amazing I will definitely be back for any auto body needs.

My car was side swiped at my apartment complex. I decided to take my car there after speaking with them on the phone. They are fantastic!!! Made the entire process flawless!!!

I felt like if it weren't for Randy and his crew my experience would have been as bad as my accident. But they were professional. They handled EVERYTHING including the rental. I understand why the business is called Five Star Auto Body because they have Five Star quality workmanship. My car was side swiped and left long streaks of scratch damage. Five Star Auto completed the work flawlessly, free detail, rental car, no deductible. Awesome job Five Star Auto !!

Wrecked my 2007 Jeep Wrangler and thought my insurance would total it out, but they didnt. After talking to Randy, I decided to have Five Star Auto Body do the work. The work took a little longer than the insurance would pay for the rental car so Randy called up the rental car company and had them bill their account for the extra time I needed the rental car.
