I used this agency to book a hotel to Chicago and I am very disappointed with the service. The hotel I chose thru this agency was not a 4-star hotel, much less 5. I was supposed to get breakfast daily and the hotel didn't even have a restaurant open in the morning. I was supposed to have an in-room safe, none to be had. A safe is a BASIC amenity in the majority of hotels. The hotel was dingy and dark.
