Nice professional service This store has very competent installers, they took care of my old leaky windows for a fair price, The workers were nice to me, well manered, The lead person made sure everything was done in a professional way. I will recommend them to all my friends. The best store in town.
Dogs on Glass This place is a joke... I couldn't get them to show up, and when they left, my home was in shambles... My dogs ran into some broken glass right outside my house, they were rude, when i inquired as to why my dogs would run into glass??? Are you serious? This place will not be recommended to any of my friends and family.
Rude! They didn't show up to measure the window when they were supposed to; then they showed up an hour late to do the installation. When I called the owner to complain, he couldn't understand what my problem was. He finally said he would discount the bill. When the workers were finished, one presented me with the bill. I told him the owner was giving me a discount. He asked why, argued with me, and then threatened to sue me!
