You know what I liked? Whenever I called in to check on my fur babies, whoever answered, knew my dogs. They worked with me and my ever changing schedule and always tried to find the most cost-effective, dog friendly way to stay. I would give it a 5 however, one dog came home chubby while the other lost weight. Not sure how the food is managed but obviously something went awry. My dogs love it at Five Points Pet Resort! They are always eager to get out of the car when we arrive. Helpful and friendly staff and groomers.
I love this place and so does Tucker ( our English Springer Spaniel). He gets so excited when he can tell we are taking him. He comes back all content and relaxed after playing with the other dogs and the handlers. Highly recommend them.
Hans looks awesome!. Melanie always does a wonderful job grooming. The staff treats Hans like a V.I.P. A special shout out to my friend, Kim, for patiently waiting for Cheryl, Hans mommy, to pick him up.�
