Five Points has a loving and compassionate staff that goes so far above and beyond that it will make your heart smile. Our sweet precious Blue dog had abdominal cancer her last visit to the resort and they made her last visit so very memorable for us and they displayed the love that they had for her. She crossed over the rainbow bridge shortly thereafter but we will never forget the special attention they gave to Blue and to us. They will forever be family.
I was very impressed with this facility very clean and the staff is so caring. My dog Homer stayed there for the very first time, And he enjoyed it and I felt very comfortable and at ease knowing he was being very well taken care for

My pups, Belle and Frank, LOVE their visits to Five Points. We have been using them a little over a year now. We travel pretty frequently, it's nice to know we don't have to worry about the dogs while we're away. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I love that they even go out of their way to help me load them up in the car. I've also used the grooming services and recommend that as well. The pricing is right and they offer a military discount. We're about to pcs and I'll miss having such a great facility for our dogs.

It’s very clean and the staff really makes it a great place to bring your special pet.
WOW! This place is incredible! We boarded our 9 month old golden retriever here for a week while on vacation. From our very first phone call to book his room, to the day we picked our pup (Boone) the customer service and attention to detail was unbeatable! We truly felt like our fur baby was staying at a 5 star resort. We received pictures and updates every few days and could tell he was so well loved and taken care of. This was our first time boarding our two dogs and it was a great experience! The webcam feature gave us the ability to check on our pups whenever we wanted.
