One star just so I can write … Place is clean but smells like wet mold .. and always the hang out for the homeless asking for change and sleeping in the place lady in there this morning with all cigarettes butts on tables that she picked up outside wanting to ask for money … To be honest I just go for change I won’t stay in there to do laundry
I went to get my clothes at 10:30 pm and the door was locked. It says it doesn't close until ,11pm. Now my clothes are stuck in the dryer and I can't get in touch with anyone to help me with this issue.
Positives: Bright and clean, with newer washers and dryers. Has working coin machines and a detergent vending machine. Negatives: 3 of 8 washer are currently out-of-order, one didn't spin and left my clothes soaking wet, and pricing is inconsistent. (Some machines are $2.75 for a load, others are $3.00). Overall, one of the nicest options in the neighborhood, but not a perfect experience.
The door locked at 10, automatically, even though signs and google all say close at 11. My clothes are still in the washer & my purse and belongings are locked in the building. The phone number on the door & on google are not working numbers. This is the first and last time that I will use this place.
