So far, I am very dissatisfied with service. I hired them to help with tax issue, file an OIC, etc. Since my money has been paid to them, I have yet to hear from James again. I am having issues with IRS who has come direct to me instead of through Five Points, one reason I paid them. I can't get James to respond to me at all. Buyer beware of this apparent scam artist. When Raquel was there, everything was great, but since she left earlier in 2014, I have had zero response from them.
My company did an emergency service visit for Five Points Advisory Group in good faith and they have refused to pay the invoice. I had 3 service technicians there until late in the evening doing computer network wiring, moving their data closet into their suite to keep their network secure. As was said the work was done on good faith and they have proven they are not worthy of such faith.
