While the work was done reasonably well in the end, the communication was terrible and I had to have them come back to correct a wholly unprofessional paint job. On several occasions, they said they would be at my home and didn't show up, only to reach out later to work on a job, one time requesting to start work at 8:30pm. 5 Point Restoration was fantastic. The repair on my basement after a flood looks terrific. They showed up on time, worked hard all day long, and finished when they said they would. They repaired drywall, baseboards, and carpet. I trusted them to lock up when I had to leave for work and truly appreciate that they took care of things when I couldn't.

I called 5 Point Restoration after a recommendation from my insurance company and the great reviews they had on the internet. They were timely in coming to go over the damage and gave suggestions on what needed to be done. Their staff was amazing. I highly recommend them.

I was with another restoration service for damage done during a flooding accident they dropped me and I was sent to Five Points Restoration via my insurance. Where the one team could not "help" me after doing the paper process for 5-6 week Five Points stepped in and took on the challenges for me. and said it would be a couple of weeks. Showed up 40 minutes late only to make my grandma cried. She is a really sweet woman, but apparently, the adjuster Bryan didn't like the look on our faces after waiting in the heat for 40 extra minutes. He complained about our "scowl" and refused to carry on with the adjustment. My grandma said "we've just had a long day and want to get this done. Can we talk about the estimate?"
