Receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. Won't allow people to grab personal items from completely totalled vehicles without paying the entire recovery fee. This company is nothing but a group of crooks that pray on people who are already down after an accident.
These folks are awesome hands down. I brought my truck in after I did and engine swap on a 2002 F350 with a store bought 7.3 from Houston with stage 1 injectors that I installed. After the install that I did I ran into electrical gremlins and stuff out of my area of capability so after reading some reviews I decided to trailer my truck an hour away to 5 Point Diesel.
