I ordered flowers for a big event from the people at five penny. I prepaid and arranged a pick up time, etc. However, when I went in at the agreed upon time, no one was there. I tried calling and left numerous messages, to no avail. Still to this day, the owner has never returned my call. I was left scrambling at the last minute, and had to search high and low in order to get flowers for my event based on the negligence and unprofessionalism of five penny.
Josh took my very strange request in stride, and made my fiancee's week go from "meh" to "WOOHOO!" and he was SO willing to help out. A total "YES WE CAN" approach to service and the bouquet was beautiful... just perfect for the occasion! Thanks so much Josh & company. YOU ROCK!
Josh has done it again, beautiful homecoming flowers. almost 2 years ago he pulled off the most beautiful arrangement for my father's funural, I just love you, your work, your energy and your fun personality. You have got a lifelong customer in me.

Josh made my wedding breathtaking. I had told him the colors I wanted and just let him go with his artistic touch. He drove five hours to Jackson Hole and set everything up.
