It's a wonderful place,and very wonderful staff!
This place is NOT all bills paid! Do NOT fall for this scam. I might also add that maintenance is nonexistent and you will be living with black mold, ovens that don't work and water coming through the floors when it rains. For the price, NOT all bills paid I highly don't recommend.
