If I could give Boon and Five Guys Import 10 stars, I would! This is hands down the most honest and transparent used car dealership and repair shop I have ever been to in Austin. I recently bought a 2012 VW Jetta here for a great out-the-door price. They even had the metal plates ready to go, which saved me a huge headache with the DMV. Owner and daughter were very accommodating to any concerns and very patient with my purchase I never felt pressured or anything so far I feel I got great deal on very clean used car
Had a great experience at this dealership. Boon was very nice and gave me a great deal, really appreciate that he didn't try to use any of the sleazy tactics other dealerships use to try to trick you into spending more money than you are willing to. He even went the extra mile to get registered for the EV tax credit right before it expired, great service!
