I give this place zero stars if I could I bought a vehicle that had a sale price. Asked the owner if it had any issues there was anything wrong with it and why it was on sale and he said he just needed to get rid of some inventory and then it was a great deal and a great car Turns out it had a transmission issue the minute I drove off the lot and of course there’s no warranty or policy for that kind of mess. I bought a mercury mariner at a very fair price here last week and had one of the better experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. Boon was friendly, polite, and easy to deal with him. My credit union was moving a little slow and he patiently held the vehicle for me. After I picked it up and drove it home I noticed an oil leak I had not noticed before. 6/11/24 Me and my husband has been in Communication with Boone about a SUV. We drove all the way from Dallas, Texas to Austin to purchase this vehicle. When we arrived after driving a few hours we were not greeted in the parking lot. We walk into the office it was a Mexican guy there he said Boone was not there. We told him we come from Dallas tx to look at a black Tahoe . He gave us the key to go check it out . Not once did he walk out there with us to give us any information or details on this car it’s like he didn’t care ... read more
