The food was good I wont deny but the entire time it felt really awkward because no one else was there
Food and service were great, however, if you have an employee who is not performing up to standards, management needs address that in private, behind closed. It does not need to be handled in front of the customers and fellow employees; very unprofessional. Seems like additional managerial training is in order, or possibly new leadership. We will visit other 5 Guys stores going forward.
This was the worst experience ever. Five Guys is known for being pricey but premium this was extremely pricey as normal but horrible experience Five Guys advertises having well done burgers which is the reason I like them but the burgers we were served are medium rare they were so red! The lady who took our orders was unhelpful and was screaming at us to order and was talking in a loud tone somehow she didn’t mess up our order but she made sure to be very rude they gave us extra fries as all five guys is instructed too but t... read more
