I gotta say PHENOMENAL job to this staff on Tuesday night. They hustled their behinds off. I have never seen a Five Guys so packed and busy but they were on it like a well oiled machine. Because of Five Guys' 40th birthday, they had a BOGO free burger special that could only be used online or on the app. I have seen some online feedback in which some locations had a hard time in various areas...all I know is my burger was A1 (soooo delicious!) Couldn't order on the app yesterday due to issues. Called several times no answer. Went in person to order, stood at the cashier for 20 minutes no acknowledgement. I went down the street to Burger Fi and everything was smooth and the burger tasted amazing. Probably wont come back to location no more.
