The crew at this location were very warm and friendly. They were very patient with every customer and when not preparing food they were busy cleaning up.
Ordered a cheeseburger with everything. When I would take a bite of it, the patties would slip out the back. The buns did not hold up - they were flat as pancakes and soggy from the condiments. The cheeseburger was a total mess. So bad that I had to eat the last half of it with a knife and fork. Will never order from here again. I gave you another try, yesterday (6/22/25). Same mess. Plus, very unfriendly staff! Plus, the Owners response meant nothing to me. No compensation!?! I'm done with Five Guys! See new pictures.
Food was fine but floors and chairs were filthy and sticky.
