Probably the most incompetent group of workers I have ever seen. I waited for a pick up order and no one was checking with me while I stood at the counter. They just stared at me and then started hanging out chatting with eachother and all going in the back room to chill since it was slow. After waiting 10 minutes I look up and there’s an order on the shelf that’s been already package sitting there. That was my order I was picking up but I was told it wasn’t ready yet. I swear these workers are terrible.

4 seems about right. The food is good, and the staff is pretty friendly. Sometimes they get overwhelmed and crowded with all the school kids in the area. I also think sometime there's confusion between the counter and the machines. I still always wish 5 Guys wasn't so expensive or I'd definitely eat there way more. Overall, a decent location, depending on when you go.
Five Guys Tenleytown has it going on! Cleanliness, professional service better than the Four Seasons, delightful burgers, impeccable chocolate milk shack, and the fries! Oh, the fries were FIRE! Best Five Guys fries ever made! Like a doughnut, perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and fresh in! Mouth watering! In the mood for burgers? Uber, quick! You won’t be sorry!
