Hello. Well, I just want to tell you all that the people at this place are extremely rude and arrogant. After all, customers spend their hard-earned money—whether dining in or picking up food—yet they treat you as if they were doing you a favor by giving you the food for free. Anyway, my husband went to pick up a DoorDash order, but it wasn't ready yet. So, he took the opportunity to use the restroom. We carry insulated bags to keep the food nice and warm. Incredibly rude service, attitude, cleaning supplies left next to the table. No manager on site! Insane how this place is still open. The fact that i went out of my way to write a review - the first time in 7 years speaks volumes how i felt about this place. Words cannot put in perspective how terrible the experience was. 0/10.
It was soo good the burgers where so good the service was so speedy I think I got my burger in under 2 minutes and It was PACKED and they kept the ground so clean cleaning every 5 minutes and a table was always open and CLEAN thank you so much 5 guys
