The manager here named Duran truly made my experience the phenomenal. I came in there at 9:50pm on Wednesday night and they close at 10pm. I thought it might be a long shot still get served food. To my surprise he and his staff still served me and they had the best attitude about it. Definitely 5 star service 1000%.
The cashier, Talia H, had a terrible attitude and provided zero customer service. She was rude while taking my order and answering my questions. As for the food, the pictures show how fresh the burger looked; it was hot and steaming, but the buns became soggy with grease. 🥴 Overall, it's not worth the price. The cashier was so rude that I'm pretty sure my burger buns became soggy from their tears. Nevaa is coming again!!! 🪔
I haven’t had 5 guys in a min. I passed by one and was feeling nostalgic! Sad to see they’ve changed or might be struggling! Fries are not as generous as before and came in a paper pouch! And they don’t offer water cups any more!
My family and I visited this restaurant on a Friday night. We loved this place because even though the restaurant was busy, they gave us very good and excellent service and the food was delicious.
