Came here last week to use my gift card from Christmas. Never even knew there was a five guys in austintown! It was great!! Friendly service & great food! Would definitely come back again
Had an online order with 5 burgers. All of them were made wrong. Paid for the larger burgers and got the small ones, didn't get bacon on our bacon cheeseburger, and other topping issues. Will probably order from a different location next time
I ordered 1 little burger, 2 cheeseburger, a small fry and a regular fry, and the bill was $40. The fries are fresh made but kind of soggy and not great and the burgers were just 2 dried out 1/4 pound patties. For that price it should be one big juicy burger, not 2 hockey pucks.
