Should have zero stars!! I went to the Five guys in West Bountiful at 9:28 pm on 8/6/2025 and the guy working refused to serve us even though they didn’t close until 10 pm. He said he has too much cleaning to do. If your hours say you are open until 10 pm that means you serve food until 10. Ended up going to Paces that also closed at 10 and they let me order 3 burgers 15 minutes before close and were super nice!!
Great taste and quality. They give you a lot of food for the high price. The only downfall is the bread is soggy.
The people are nice and reliable
If I could leave 0 stars i probably would. I went in for some dinner the other night and noticed one of the managers (i think), being extremely weird with an employee making some very questionable jokes. Not too much later I saw the same guy in a black shirt start rubbing the employees shoulders while they were making burgers even they looked very uncomfortable. It made me super uncomfortable to watch and if that is a manger he should not be doing that to the employees on the shift and should be reported immediately. This is... read more
