Enjoy going there, but had a bad day there today, burgers were made wrong, both pop machines were down with Coke and didn’t get my drink till about my food was done, peanuts boxes was very low and they all tasted very stale, maybe be better next time
5 guys is always good.
Order was completely screwed up. Ordered five burgers between us and three were completely wrong. I ordered two Bacon cheeseburgers and neither one had bacon or cheese. The restaurant is far from us and I didn't choose to go back and get the right burgers. Extremely disappointed since this was a special day for me and I was really looking forward to it.
Ordered a no bun burger, the burger was over-smashed and broken...made a big mess. Service was very slow, took 10 minutes for a sandwich and little fry. David was the saving grace, very nice cashier.
