Ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Was never asked what size fries I wanted… but was charged for a regular fry at $7+ . Extremely skimpy on the amount of fries I received. That definitely has changed compared to the past. They were greasy (more so than normal & some weren’t even cooked all the way through. Nothing like biting into a hard french fry. I always look forward to the next Burger+ Fries Night from Five Guys. I have to drive about a 25 min to pick up, fueled by fresh on the return - the pickup tax. Trying new burger joints can be disappointing. Five Guys delivers each time consistently, no matter what town you find yourself in. Chamber of Commerce should be proactive and put a map to the local Five Guys under the Welcome sign. Summer the GM made a special accommodation for me and I’ve very grateful! They don’t do curbside but I just had surgery and she allowed my order to be brought out to me. I was so glad cause hadn’t she agreed I would have went without my craving. Thanks again Summer everything was great. That’s what you call great customer service!
They’re nice. They gave me food and they came and help when I wanted them to.
The food was absolutely AMAZING and the woman who got us the food gave me and my friend a free drink. I love this place!
