Food is never ready on time when you order online
Five Guys is a good restaurant especially the fresh, made-to-order burgers and I loved the fact that I could customize my toppings. The quality of the patties and the toppings was good and above all I loved the generous portions of fresh-cut fries. However, the food is a little pricey compared to other fast-food chains.
Burgers cooked as desired and fresh. Fries hot and fresh. Service was poor. No line however workers just chatting so took over 20 .in for food to be ready. Also fountain soda machine wasn't working right and workers wouldn't fix. Ketchup not filled. This was my second time here over last month where service was also bad. All previous visits at this location usually good so likely new workers don't care or take pride in working here. Not indicative of regular 5 guys service.
