I've been to the Best 5 Guys location. Excellent food quality, prompt service, and cleanliness!
Yesterday, I ordered French fries from there and used the ketchup from the pump. The fries were soft, not crispy, and didn’t look appetizing. About an hour later, I started feeling unwell, and within two hours, I began vomiting. It happened again during the night. I suggest checking the ketchup pump because I believe something was wrong with it—I don’t think my body would react that way to just the fries.
Avoid this place - probably the worst Five Guys in America. Pictured is the burger bowl.
