I don't understand why this place exists. Upon a friend's rec I found one near where I live, dragged my wife there and had an experience I will not forget. We were there around 12:30 pm and it was basically empty, (a clear sign to stay away!) We ordered two basic cheese burgers with fries and a drink, which came out to $45 dollars, ok, given these are hard times. When we got the food, everything was saggy and sad, even the lettuce.. Horrible service. I had an emergency and asked the cashier to use the restroom before ordering. They agreed and gave me the code, but the door was broken. When I asked a female staff member nearby, she became extremely hostile. She kept repeating that the restroom is only for customers and that she is the manager. Even after I explained that I was going to order, her attitude remained awful. Zero empathy.

Today i ordered for pickup and got there early so i waited for my order. When my order was ready they presumably called me but i couldn’t hear because they mutter unintelligibly and very softly so i couldn’t hear then next thing the lady shouts ‘YOUR ORDER IS READY’ at the top of her lungs with attitude. All the staff’s heads turned along with the few customers in store. Very rude service. Love the burgers but i’d really rather go somewhere else before returning to this store.
