Maybe I came at a bad time (8pm on a Tuesday), but staff were inattentive to menu requests (ordered fried onions and got regular onions). I had to recite my order multiple times and it was just “ketchup, mustard, lettuce, friend onions”. We ordered a shake with the meals, which was rang up as “strawberry shake” and we wanted an “Oreo shake”.
