The last couple of times I've been here the fries are soggy... and I know I've had them crispy and they were great. Kinda sucks when they cost so much... I probably would have sent them back if I was eating there. The guy said give me 2 minutes for your fries... bro next time take 4 minutes... I need that crisp.
I was at a Five Guys many years ago and decided to try again out of convenience. I was very happy with it. I'll certainly be back soon this time. A good value too.
Great service and friendly. The food is so good but the prices make this a once in a while option.
The food is pricey, but they are currently offering a $13.99 combo (little cheeseburger, fries and a drink). I think the burgers taste better than In-N-Out.
This evening I ordered a combo and for the fries I requested light salt because my wife is pregnant. Before confirming that we wanted light fries we first checked with them if it was okay or any trouble to which they responded of course we can do light salt. When we got our fries we noticed that not only was it not normal salt, it was an obnoxious amount of salt they added out of spite, simply because we asked for light salt? This is what happens when you have a bunch of little kids running the place I guess.
