Edit 6/7/25: I am editing my review to be a big fat zero. What I thought was miscommunication I now recognize was incompetence and lack of care. The response I received to my feedback was a cookie cutter generated AI/HR script where they didn't even bother to read the script, or edit the script - specifically the part that says "Best regards, [Your Name] Five Guys Customer Service Team" How lazy and embarrassing.
