Fries were undercooked and something about the burger was just off.. Also, I did not order or want pickles, but received them on my burger anyways..
On the night of January 4th, around 9:10 p.m., I visited this restaurant to order food with my young daughter. The experience was extremely unpleasant due to the employee’s behavior. I’ve always loved Five Guys but this visit really stood out because of the team that night, especially Maria. I stopped by on New Year’s Day around 7pm and the energy was just great. Maria went above and beyond. Super kind, super helpful, and genuinely uplifting. The whole team was on point but she really set the tone and made the experience feel welcoming instead of transactional.
