It was my first time at this location knowing the food at Five Guys is always fresh and made to order so I was happy to give you all a shot. The food is delicious and experience was great. And again, a super thanks to Dwayne for being helpful, speedy, and an all around joy!
I visited Five Guys at 2490 Market St NE, Washington, DC 20018, on June 19, 2025, and was extremely disappointed. The staff exhibited a nasty attitude, with one employee handling fries cursing loudly in front of families and small children. The atmosphere felt hostile and unfriendly. Requests were met with eye rolls and curt responses, ruining what should have been a casual meal. Cleanliness seemed secondary as tension hung in the air.
