The fries are undercooked and underseasoned half the time I go here. The last time I went they were grainy and barely edible.
Outstanding service at Five Guys in Torrington! Greeted with a smile right at the door. I had two bacon double cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, two small fries, and a vanilla shake—everything was delicious. My brother and I loved it. Highly recommend!
Great spot to grab a quick bite hen running around for Northeast Ford. Love their burgers!!
Edit: I complained at the store and everyone was cool about it, manager remade it himself -- came out perfect. Excellent customer service. OG review: Burgers are worse here than at other locations. Cheese not melted, overly cooked with black on the ends.
