Horrible. Walked in at 1020 store closes at 11 they looked at me sideways cus they was cleaning the grill. Horrible staff

Place was clean, staff was good. Food tasted fine. Prices reminded me why I stopped coming to Five Guys. $19.83 for a cheeseburger and a regular fry only? Jesus Christ guys. Idk if I’m more upset about the price, or the fact that I actually paid it. Last time with this chain
Wow, I was craving a Cheeseburger with crispy fries. I heard that Five Guy served the best. Well, as for my first experience ever! This was a complete let down. Can we say mediocre. The fries were so soggy. Now mind you I tried the fries at the counter before leaving. Come on Guys step up your game. At this price point for a small & regular fry. The quality should be on point. I had great expectations for this place to be let down. 05/02/2026 @ 9pm
We had Robert as our server he was very well mannered and polite while we were eating he stopped by and asked if our meal was excellent and if we needed anything else before we left
