Usually I am a big fan of the burgers and this is the first bad experience I have had. What’s frustrating is how several employees were huddled by the grill and somehow my patty came out to be so small and shriveled. I did request another patty and the problem got fixed so in the end I was satisfied but disappointed it interrupted my dining experience.
