Does this look like a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeño peppers?...this will be the last time I ever come to this location
Wednesday night 10-14-20 at approx 10pm went to pick up a simple order. It was just a burger and small fry. The burger was sitting above the fry station and the fries were just being dropped when I walked in. I witnessed 1 male mopping the cooking area up front and the older female was prepping the order. While I waited I saw her remove the fries from the fryer then walk over to his mop bucket and bend over pushing it near the door that leads to the back. RecommendedEverything was great as usual but I think tonight they refried the fries. Some were burned or soggy!! I'm not the type to complain or return food but just thought maybe they had an off night.
Our burgers were soggy,and the potatoes were NOT cooked completely. also in the age of Covid, the ketchup packets ( 17 of them ) were tossed on top of the potatoes after a the hands reaching in the container. nasty
You may want to explain to your employee how to wear a mask!!
Two of my three burgers literally had no hamburger patties. Called at 8:50 notifying them I was two minutes away and what the issue was just to be told they were closed. I asked if they close at 9 and to which I got the reply well it’s 8:51 so you can come in tomorrow and I’ll make you another hamburger. So my wife and daughter have a bun and a few veggies but no hamburger patty
Was in there Saturday April 18. I did a mobile order and set it for curbside. It said to call when I arrived. I called a couple times and got no answer just rang and rang. So I went inside after waiting 20 mins and was told I had to wait for fresh fries. (Keep in mind my food should have already been ready) I waited for my fries and drove home. Went to order and they get my money but close and grub hub can’t deliver!! Says your open till 10pm !! $25 on hamburger & fries. Never again
A bit pricey but definitely worth it. The food is so so good. My whole family can agree on this place, hard to do with 6 people. Five Guys Burgers, give them a try.
