I been going there for about 2 weeks, Owner/Coach Jonathan is very good , he will guide you throughout your whole workout , all coaches are knowledgeable and work with you very closely . It’s good place to work out , it’s family friendly place .

Top notch fitness community for all levels. If you are interested in group fitness, give FF a shot! Tons of class offerings and times as well as nutrition coaching. All in a family friendly environment.

This is a great Athletic center for all fitness levels. I see the hard core cross fit classes and then classes that are less rigorous. My son did personal training at his level for over a year with Coach Johnathan he was 17 - 18 at the time. My daughter loves the kids cross fit program. I see people who are young and in excellent shape and older people who appear to 70 or 80 years old. I see people of all different shapes and sizes working on their health. Love this place , Owner Jonathan is very friendly and works with you on your level , all coaches are super nice and motivates you , it’s been few days only but already feel Like my comfort place to workout , specially if you have younger kids this place is for you , feels very safe to bring kids with me and they also enjoys their time there making new friends .
