It was our first visit to Five Forks Animal Hospital but the staff was very welcoming and attentive from the moment we walked in the door. They were patient and kind in trying to get to know me and my pup and were great with following up with us afterwards! I also appreciated that it felt like the staff really cared and looked into her history to make the best decisions for her. So relieved we found a new vet that I feel comfortable with!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Five Forks animal Hospital and Dr. Seth Morgan and the entire staff!! The appointments were easy to make they listen to my concerns and help me devise a plan to take care of my beautiful Kitty Kisses’s
Very caring and detailed in how Shadow was treated.
Staff is friendly, caring and professional! The Vet Dr. Morgan explained the treatments for my dog and explained her Xrays to me. All costs for the visit were explained up front and I decided what I wanted done that day . Everyone was very kind to my dog and made her feel good. All in all it was a very Happy and positive experience for us!!! A very caring and professional Veterinary practice!!
