I WOULD LIKE TO THANK FIVE COVES APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR THE WONDERFUL FOOD AND GAMES AND GIFT CARDS THAT THAY HAD TODAY FOR US..WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME...THANKS TO THE MANAGER DIANA AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER ❤️..THANK YOU IT WAS GREAT
TLDR: DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived here for a bit over 3 years, and I have a list of reasons to deter you from moving here. 1. Parking is *always* an issue: you get one spot to share and the rest is “first come first serve” (mostly taken by people who do not even have a permit to park there and are *never* towed) & that parking is usually taken up by 6pm at the latest; not to mention street parking is IMPOSSIBLE 2. Staff is nice. The complex is mostly family's. Watch for complaining and calls to the office from some residents. All in all it is a decent place to live
I really don't recommend living here. The maintenance service is terrible. I've had my problem for almost a month and they haven't fixed it. My water faucet still can't be repaired. Is the owner of the apartments going to pay my water bill? And my kitchen doesn't have electricity. Besides that, because of the same situation, I have a cockroach infestation, and the building is also plagued with mice and spiders. It's truly maddening to live in this community.
