My partner and I came for a tour 2 weeks ago . We had questions and was welcomed by Diana. Diana made sure to answer all of our questions even down to the most simple ones. Diana energy prompted us to come back and actually take a second look at the property. She took her time with us throughout the whole process! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK FIVE COVES APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR THE WONDERFUL FOOD AND GAMES AND GIFT CARDS THAT THAY HAD TODAY FOR US..WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME...THANKS TO THE MANAGER DIANA AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER ❤️..THANK YOU IT WAS GREAT
TLDR: DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived here for a bit over 3 years, and I have a list of reasons to deter you from moving here. 1. Parking is *always* an issue: you get one spot to share and the rest is “first come first serve” (mostly taken by people who do not even have a permit to park there and are *never* towed) & that parking is usually taken up by 6pm at the latest; not to mention street parking is IMPOSSIBLE 2. Bugs!: I had roaches consistently in my apartment for *at least* the first 1 1/2 years due to neighboring apartment... read more
Staff is nice. The complex is mostly family's. Watch for complaining and calls to the office from some residents. All in all it is a decent place to live
