I went in for a withdrawal and Angela noticed I did not have a debit card activated. I explained that I haven’t had one for years and did not know how to updated my profile. After just 10 minutes, she updated my personal information, got a new credit and debit card sent to my address and did the initial transaction I needed as well, it was fantastic customer service. I have been a customer for 7 year. The bank used to be named FIVE COUNTY. This has changed over the last few month as well as alot of other things such as new cards, new app, new online services, compete rebranding of the bank to ANCORUM, and finally a rework to some of the financial systems in place.
