Staff and management team here are AWFUL at communicating. Took them 4 months to reach out to me lol!! Jeez! (Knowing I’ve moved on and already got offered a position at another company that I’m working towards now, I found that email hilarious considering it took them that long)
It was all going well, until I count find the price of an item and the women who was working was acting like like she didn't want to help me and rolled her eyes. Then as I was checking out and put no when it asked If I was helped. She then AGAIN rolled her eyes at me and didn't not say goodbye. (Btw she the light skin girl with curly hair)
This 5 below is all self checkout, there was no one behind me and my boyfriend when we were checking out. The employee was very pushy and was “helping” click the buttons on my screen and gave the store a good rate for me instead of letting me choose. She then tried to control what my boyfriend picked and told us to click nine when he was checking out. Very unprofessional to tell customers how to rate our experience. Very unprofessional to choose for a customer.
