Have been there twice recently holiday shopping. They have "self check outs" where you have to wait for someone to check you out. Biggest complaint is the lady at the front, who smelled heavily of alcohol both times. The first time she would not stop talking and let me leave and the second time she requested I get an item from the shelves for her to purchase. Both times she used swears during my transaction. Extremely unprofessional.
