Dr. Ariel Fuentes has been one of the best physicians I’ve ever experienced in my life . If she had other own practice i would definitely want to be her patient. She truly listens and evaluates my concerns to the fullest, making me feel both safe and heard. I truly really appreciate her efforts and companionate care followed by FIUs front desk in getting me appointments asap.
I always have a good experience here, but today the lady in the gold clinic was terribly rude. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there and had a problem assisting me. Hopefully the next visit is better !
The billing department doesn’t return voicemails and doesn’t answer messages on the patient portal. All front can do is transfer you and tell you to come speak with them in person. Trash place people and service. Do not go here!
Terrible customer service!!! Awful billing department and subpar doctors. Save your time and go elsewhere
