Kevin and crew were very helpful when I showed up with a disabled grass trimmer. Instead of up selling a new part Kevin took a used part I had brought with me and with the right tools he was able to get me out the door swiftly. I have used Fitz Walker Power over the years for all my small engine needs.
Zero stars actually as I had the worst customer service experience of my life here. I went to pick up my chainsaw and they had misplaced the bar, chain and side cover. They looked several times while saying there's no way they would have "seperated" them. How would they be able to fix it then!! They basically called me a liar and said I must not have brought it in all together. I came right from using it to their shop. Why would I stop at my new home and take off an oily dirty bar and leave it! It makes no sense to even sugg... read more

Great guys, dropped by with our broken lawnmower and 10 mins later I left with the parts I needed to fix it for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful, will be back.
