My experience with Fitzpatrick and Swanston was quite enjoyable! The staff was friendly and attentive. If I ever need assistance again I will definitely be back!
They led me on thinking they would take my case but never did I get an update or a call. They simply avoided me and ignored my calls and texts. Very unprofessional firm who have zero empathy for people in extreme need.
I've had a bad experience with this firm... They are making me call and leave messages that are never returned or answered. No answered updates concerning my case.. They have been late on all payments due. They make you feel ignorant when Giving explanations concerning your case and blaming banking issues to justify late payments... Very disappointed with the refferal I was given to contract this firm...
So glad I was recommended to this law firm. They have excellent staff and their communication is great
