Still no refund for the work they were paid for and never performed. Filed a complaint with the BBB, no response. DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS!
Don't use this company. They tresspassed only my property without permission and cut the limbs from my trees. The owner is rude and ignorant and hung up on me when I called to ask what their policy is regarding going on other people's property without their permission and destroying their property. The owner - Maryann Fitzpatrick - hung up on me 2 times and said she would block my number so I could not contact them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I had to give a one star rating, but it is a negative 1!
