Had to have gum surgery on upper right. VERY traumatic to me to (1) have my mouth open sometimes widely for just over 2 hours (2) Dr had to leave for other patient situations a couple of times so anesthesia wore off and had to get more injected to the worn off sections (3) He thanked ME for coming in to follow up and getting this done for the health of my teeth ( no DR ever does THAT) - outstanding! Dr Fitzgerald was an excellent dentist and has a wonderful friendly staff.
Absolutely the best! Had great customer service, great care -- I mean this is what it is ALL about, and outstanding results. Dr. Fitzpatrick even called me personally at home the evening following my treatment. He listened carefully, acted upon what I was saying and was very understanding.
Excellent doc, hygienist and staff! They are always eager to help and they take the time to make sure you are comfortable and educated. Highly recommend!!
Went in for gum line recession in 2 seperate places. I had 2 on site grafts done for each one. Upon intial healing. 1 took and the other didn't so well. So Dr. Fitzpatrick wanted me to have the one redone at no extra cost. He wanted a solid healthy surgery site. Painless as could be. He is very professional and his professionalism is unmatched..Thanks Dr. Fitzpatrick.
What a great caring individual, his staff is exceptionally well customer oriented, curtious, and proffessional. You will not regret visiting this establishment unless you like your current dentist because you will have a new doctor!
