I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands almost two years ago. The pain and numbness are worse than ever. The surgeon was Dr. Michael Madden...who would always reply to complaints with "give it time". This guy is a butcher...then he leaves two weeks before the place closes its doors! This place was terrible!

decided to shut down the entire company sent out a letter February 6 letting patients know this was their last day of business. NO HEADS UP, SENT AN EMAIL 5hr BEFORE END OF DAY THEN STOP ANSWERING CALLS!!! NEVER PUT PAPER NOTICES ON THE DOOR!! they definitely knew about it well ahead of time because it was part of Fitzmaurice, causing permanent injury and severe infections on patients that he was required to shut his practice out so it’s not like they just abruptly decided that day they were going to close it down. instead, ... read more

We were really satisfied with the staff and doctor at Fitzmaurice Hand Institute. They were so nice and so helpful with us and the treatment we received. Everything was explained in detail and we were not rushed in and out. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Morse was kind and explained my condition and treatment options well. I felt very comfortable with the provider and the future care I will receive. The location was convenient too!
