I will never again give my loads to this brokerage company. I had an experience that opened my eyes to what is going on in the brokerage industry, and it was shocking to me. Very disappointing experience overall. It’s a shame for the industry to have people like Carl Carruther. He is rude to dispatchers, rude to drivers, and added hidden fees that customers were never informed about—extra profit for him, but no value for us as customers.
