It's a nice facility and very nice staff. I have had surgery 2 times in 3 weeks with no complications. The only problem I had was after my first surgery I called with concerns because my fingers were very hot after my block for pain. When I called the after hours number they transferred me to someone who clearly was confused. I got told that they couldn't give me medical information over the phone and had to come in. the dr.s and nurse went right to work to find out what was going on,.they were very nice at what they were doing,.thank you,.the staff at the ER,.!
very poor facility- bypass and go somewhere else. Wait time was 4-5 hours in the ER, They were taking people back by the nature of their illness yet they allowed a small baby to stay in the waiting room very sick for 3 hours while they too a very active toddler on back- who has a slight rash . Where is the logic in that ,
They were great with my daughter and figured out what was wrong with her and they were just amazing with her. I want to thank all the staff there for everything that they do you all are all amazing.
Again a great experience. I had surgery on my knee and everyone who was helping me were amazing.
