Get directionsWaited 90 minutes to have my blood drawn. No one had checked in before or after me. Once the lab tech came to get me she had difficulties with the Cerner program, which several Fitzgibbon employees have. She had difficulties finding my order, the ICD 10.code, etc. She was extremely frustrated about the process. I actually felt sorry for her, as her computer work took 4 times the amount of time than it did to draw my 2 tubes of blood. Perhaps cleaning some of the exam rooms would be a start in improving the hospital, I had a procedure done and the sheet and pillow case on the procedure table had not been changed. And the room was not stocked for the my procedure....just very haphazard! FYI...Did you know that Dr. Timothy Ryan has an agreement of some kind to use the facilities at the hospital. By treating people with respect. My mom had a bad time in the ER this morning. The doctor in the ER was very disrespectful to her and rude. I don't ever want to go to this hospital. Ever

I had my 20 week ultrasound today and the tech was amazing!! I didn’t catch her name but even with all the crap going on with the virus and me being upset my husband couldn’t be with me she made it such a good experience. She laughed with me a lot and joked. I know working healthcare right now is hard and a lot of workers are burnt out but she was such a joy and you can tell she really loves her job and she had such a good “beside manor”! Every nurse and doctor who took part in my care was extremely nice, helpful, and efficient. Housekeeping was always around and also very nice. From ER to surgery to med/surg and the lab my experience was very great. So glad to have such great care close to home. Thank you all 💛
I was a patient for 4 days following surgery for a broken hip. The care I received was excellent.
This is the worst hospital I have ever seen they don’t take good care of their patients at all and they don’t care about them either
