Thanks to Kimberly Francis who walked me through how to use my new Subaru Crosstrek and all the electronic systems. This is a great program and should be offered widely to all new owners. Cars are so complicated now, that this one-on-one service for an hour is a must! Thanks to Kimberly and James Richards, for a very positive buying experience.
Went for a detail tire rotation and oil change.. half way home my tire sensors went off indicating tire pressure loss.. great then further inspecting my car they didn’t even wipe the inside out. They vacuumed and shampooed that’s it. I had tire shine all over my fenders and rear bumper from to much being applied. Over all not to happy with what should cost 160 $ for a half way done detail

We returned to Fitzgerald Subaru for another car after 7 years. We are both happy with the experience and our Forester. Our salesman Mike Halperin made the shopping experience easy. We were also impressed with the orientation on the car that we got two weeks after we got the car. Kimberly Francis took an hour to go over the many features of our new car--many we would not otherwise have discovered. We also continue to bring our car to Fitzgerald for service as well, after 7 years of positive experiences with our old Forester.
Malachi Bostic was incredible to work with. I have never worked with a more personable salesperson. I walked away wanting to be his friend. He was so down to earth and knowledgeable. He did an incredible job showing us the features of the cars and sharing his experience! I would recommend him to anyone!!
Overall, the service department has really upped their game in the last year or so after a down time. Present staff is a huge step up. Best of the group is Claudia Herrera - she understands the "service" part of the service department, is very well informed, and works very hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent. Donny Villatoro stepped up nicely today to add valuable information to address a remaining issue.
I have been buying Subarus from Fitz Rockville since 1991 and just bought the 2017 Impreza on the new global platform. Love Subarus and just like Fitz, they never fail me. Fitz makes car buying and servicing a breeze.
The Love Encore program is great! Definitely a keeper and Kimberly was wonderful. I learned so much about my car and it was much easier then reading the manual. I purchased a Impreza 5door and I love it. Thanks to Tom, Peter, Kimberly and everyone at Fitzgerald Subaru for making my first new car purchase a great one.
