I have been going to Joyce for almo6a year now. She's wonderful and does a great job. I am so happy to find her specially i also live in Fallbrook.
I asked for a certain cut and voila, done so beautifully well! Highly recommend this salon.
I asked for just a few highlights to brighten me up and she delivered with beautiful soft looking highlights to go with my dark ash blonde hair. Lovely!
