My experience with Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff was terrific. I first consulted with Dr, Fitzgerald to get a second opinion prior to what had been recommended as a complicated procedure. That first office visit, and subsequent post op visits, wasn't rushed, he listened to me (unlike the first surgeon) and then carefully reviewed his suggested alternative less complicated procedure. I consider him to be a fine surgeon, and I'm very pleased with the outcome.
Communication is very important to me and everyone I encountered was so kind and explained everything before it happened, even when I asked more than once. Helped lower my anxiety a ton. Dr. Fitzgerald made sure I was comfortable with it all before anything happened.
My visits have always been great Love the way that Dr. Fitzgerald keeps such a upbeat and keeps papa informed about everything, he all so explains everything that we can understand.
