I had an appointment today at 9:30, I got there at 9:25. I waited specifically 1 hour and didn’t see anyone. I was there a month ago, and the service was fine, waited a bit in the lobby because I had to wait on the employee because she was busy taking pictures of an accident that happened up the street. I couldn’t wait any longer today. I find it unacceptable. I understand things happen, but an hour is too long of a wait time. I am disappointed, very disappointed.
